　　1：導(dǎo)軌安裝     1） 支架位置確定：  a)最高 最低 0.5米，中間2.5米b)支架在建筑梁上，誤差小于300mm2）支架尺寸要求： 水平誤差小于5mm（橫。縱）3）導(dǎo)軌尺寸：     a）垂直誤差 單根全長小于1mm 每0.7/5000連續(xù)三段三次b）相對誤差 轎箱側(cè)+2~~0mm   對重側(cè)+3~~0mmc）臺階與間隙：臺階（小于0.05mm）間隙（小于0.5mm）d）對角誤差： 小于等于3mm（中心誤差） 左右小于1mm   前后小于正負2mm

　　1: Installation of guide rail 1) Determination of bracket position: a) Maximum and minimum 0.5 meters, middle 2.5 meters b) Bracket on building beam, error less than 300mm2) Bracket size requirement: horizontal error less than 5mm (horizontal). 　　2：曳引機安裝  1)曳引機基礎(chǔ)高度確定 : 1/2導(dǎo)向輪直徑+導(dǎo)向輪最低離地大于150mm2)  鋼梁安裝：       a）2/1000 水平誤差b）平行誤差 小于6mmc）焊接厚度 大于6mmd）底板厚度 大于12mm               3）曳引機安裝：a）吊裝：嚴格按照超作要求進行超作b）尺寸要求：曳引機垂直誤差 小于2mm(有避震)小于1mm(無避震)  c） 制動器： 間隙 小于0.7mm   貼合面：大于80%

　　9: Electrical device: 1) Control screen size requirements: 0.5 meters (left and right) X 0.6 meters (rear) X 0.8 meters (front)

　　10：各種實驗： 1）慢速單層   2）慢速多層   3）快速單層   4）快速多層 5）平衡系數(shù) 6）制停實驗7）提升實驗   8）靜載實驗 電梯在最底層，150%載重，歷時10分鐘
